Small Group Personal Training

Aether's small group personal training sessions are led by physiotherapists or movement specialists — bringing clinical expertise into a training environment most group classes can't offer.

Sessions are capped at 8 people. Every participant is assessed individually before joining the group, so programming accounts for your movement patterns, injury history and goals from session one. No one gets a generic warm-up and a generic workout.

What every session covers:

The six fundamental human movements — squat, hinge, push, pull, rotate, carry — trained with the bio-mechanical precision of a physiotherapist and the progressive load of a performance program. Form corrections, regressions and progressions happen in real time, not after you've already reinforced a bad pattern.

Who it's for:

People who want the accountability and energy of group training without sacrificing the clinical rigour of one-on-one care. Ideal if you're transitioning out of individual rehab, returning to training after injury, or simply want to train smarter than a commercial gym allows.
